Tim Kasher’s less caustic outfit, The Good Life, has a new record entitled Help Wanted Nights out September 11 on Saddle Creek, which has posted just two new songs for download. If these songs are indicative of the rest of the record, then it’s destined to be a bit of a downer. It’s by no means as emotionally wrenching as his darkest Cursive material- just more resigned and listless with a classic-rock-ish vibe.
