I can see why not. Because it will in all likelihood be an abomination. Sting’s songwriting has been in the shitter for decades. None of you is close to being in his prime. Let’s just play some shows, wallow in the nostalgia, and be done with it. No need to sully the back catalogue with a giant wart like a new album a quarter of a century after Synchronicity.
